No-Refund Policy Overview

Thank you for choosing CAPSCOM TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED. We strive to provide the highest quality in academic training, computer courses, and online certification systems.

Please note that all payments made for registrations, admissions, online courses, certification exams, mock tests, and training franchise licenses are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable once processed.

This policy is in place because access to learning materials, test portals, server resources, and seats are allocated immediately upon enrollment, which cannot be retracted or reassigned.

Non-Refundable Services & Fees

Specifically, the following payments are not eligible for returns or refunds under any circumstances:

Admission & Registration

Enrollment fees, course registrations, and student onboarding charges.

LMS & Video Courses

Purchases of digital video lecture access, downloadable pdf guides, and course sections.

Exam Hall Access

Fees associated with online exams, examination entries, and certification codes.

Franchise & Branch Fees

Application fees, setup fees, and annual maintenance charges for franchises.

Handling of Duplicate Payments

In cases where a technical glitch, bank network delay, or browser refresh causes a user to be charged multiple times for a single enrollment or service:

Email support within 48 hours with payment receipts.

Duplicate amount is refunded to source in 5-7 business days.

Disputes & Policy Verification

Any fraudulent chargeback claims or payment disputes raised with banks without contacting our support first will result in **immediate and permanent suspension** of the student's LMS profile, exam credentials, and franchise portal access. We keep detailed transaction logs, IP tracking, and enrollment records to verify service usage.
